Fact Sheet
Like no other Cordyline, BURGUNDY SPIRE™ just demands attention in the garden.
BURGUNDY SPIRE™ australis type cordyline is spectacular like no other. Fully "dressed" to the ground, the rich burgundy foliage and the soft sway in the wind make this a "must have" plant.
Introduction
Stunning, majestic and a must have plant (there being nothing else like this on the market). Quick to grow, this plant has amazed us in that it stays "fully dressed" to the bottom. (i.e. the bottom leaves, if well grown, stay on the plant). Cordyline species are indigenous to Australia, New Zealand and the western Pacific region. They are small trees or palm-like evergreen shrubs. This genus is sometimes referred to as the Cabbage Tree or Ti. Burgundy Spire™ cordyline is an upright tree growing to 9ft with deep burgundy long, narrow leaves compared to other purple varieties.
