The Les Exceptionelles program of public plant trials in Quebec is considered among the most popular and respected plant trials in Canada. At Les Exceptionelles, new varieties are judged by consumers and by a professional jury.

More than 2,800 visitors passed through the Jardin Daniel A. Sequin, at the Institute de Technologie Agroalimentaire (ITA) in Saint Hyacinthe, Quebec.

Greenhouse Canada reported, “Bonfire begonia was the public’s favorite, obtaining nearly 400 votes. The jury awarded it an almost perfect score.“
