When looking for “Plants with Promise” in 2008, the editors of The American Gardener picked Festival Grass and Flower Carpet Pink Supreme for their annual roundup.
This publication of the American Horticultural Society correctly cites Festival Grass as “the first basal branching cordyline to be offered commercially.” They also point out its excellent drought tolerance.
A garden magazine written by gardeners for gardeners, it was great to see these two new plants in its pages.
