Pantone Names “Mimosa” the Color of the Year!
It's the Same Color as New Flower Carpet Amber

Pantone, the world’s top color-forecasting authority, just named “Mimosa” as the 2009 Color of the Year, thus endorsing warm yellow with a hint of orange as this season’s most influential fashion and style color of the year, the one that best captures the mood of the times.

In a nutshell: Pantone is saying THIS is the color people WANT NOW, and Flower Carpet has it. Already Google shows 772,000 reports on the new fashion color, including key garden and lifestyle press.
